Dr. Tammy Cyra is an experienced special education advocate, consultant, educator, executive functioning coach, adjunct college professor, community chaplain, and ordained pastor. She founded her advocacy business in 2016 and brings 30 years of experience to the field of special education, advocacy, and community service.

Classroom experience
With 20 years of experience teaching special education in Dallas ISD and Plano ISD, Dr. Tammy Cyra brings extensive experience and a compassionate heart to her work. Her background in college instruction, student advocacy, spiritual care, and executive functioning coaching helps her to empower students and families in navigating challenges and moving forward with confidence.

As a community chaplain and ordained pastor, Dr. Tammy Cyra offers a compassionate presence, a listening ear, and encouragement when families need it most. She helps students and families feel heard, valued, and supported as they navigate challenges. At SEACS, every client is welcomed with respect for their individual beliefs, values, and preferences.
